Learn About AVK Global Bookkeeping
Our Ridiculously Long Mission Statement
There is a book by author Stephen Covey called “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” where he explains this. There are four quadrants that activities fall under (look to the table for more info).
For now, I want to focus on quadrant 1 and 2 activities. Quadrant I activities are important to take care of and they are also urgent. They generally have a deadline and need to be taken care of right away. Quadrant II activities on the other hand, are more important. But they are not urgent. These are activities such as planning for the future, developing strategies for growth, and spending time with your family. These are the activities that help your business and your personal life/character grow and improve. However, because they are not urgent, they are easy to push aside for later to manage the crisis that quadrant I activities create.
Bookkeeping is important and can be very useful for planning, capability improvements, and recognizing new opportunities. But this is with in depth analysis of what information the financial statements and organized books relay about your business. Reconciling the transactions and organizing books itself falls into important but urgent activities. Activities that are necessary for tax payments, legal purposes, and bank loans. But there is a quadrant II side to bookkeeping.
This is the secret sauce which will accelerate the growth of your business. With organized books, we can produce financial reports which will be the backbone of planning how to grow and strategize for the future. These financial statements give us a snapshot of where your company has been, where it is at this moment, and where we can take it into the future.
We will sit down together and deep dive into these financial statements. If you are not making/saving more money than before hiring my company, I would consider that a failure. There is so much potential for growth from advanced bookkeeping services. My promise is that we will tap into that potential.
Learn About the Founder
Hi, my name is Mohammad Javed. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Talking about myself is something I have always struggled with. I think it’s because I don’t really understand the balance between boasting or underselling myself. I always feel like I fall off that tightrope onto one extreme or the other. Luckily, this business is not about me. It’s all about you.
I began this company because I am confident I have the knowledge and skills necessary to take your business to the next level. What is this next level? It is delegating your bookkeeping duties to my company. This will free up your time to focus on business and personal growth. Check out our ridiculously long mission statement below for more info on how we do this.
This is a short introduction because I think it is important to learn about each other organically. I promise you will learn more about me as we form a great win-win partnership. I look forward to getting to know you as well!
